Complete the courses at home, online, at your own pace. Some shorter courses do have a time limit, but you still have at least 3 months to complete them. The courses include videos, discussion topics, downloadables, and interactive tasks.

Second part done face-to-face, in Novi Sad, Serbia

A 4-hour seminar allows teachers to choose topics and discuss ways to enhance their practice, with workshops on practical activities. The practicum involves recording a 20-minute lesson, with feedback to support digital integration in teaching.

University credits are possible for some courses

This course includes the option to add a blended or 100% virtual teaching practicum. Most trainees enroll in the practicum at the time of their IDELTOnline™ enrollment, but begin this practical component after they complete the IDELTOnline™ course.

Guided Teaching Practicum Certification (20 hours, blended)

You’ll set up and complete your practicum, working with an onsite mentor at the center of your choice, anywhere in the world. The practicum requires completion of the following components, for a total of 20 hours of certification (the standard requirement for most employers).

 
  •  10 hours of tutor-guided online preparation
  •  5 hours of EFL teacher observation
  •  5 hours of hands-on teaching practice in a real EFL classroom

Upon IDELTOnline™ and Guided Teaching Practicum completion, graduates receive a 170-hour TEFL / TESOL certification.

*Recommended for graduate-level university credits by the American Council on Education. University-affiliated: offered as a  pathway to MA degree programs with Bridge’s partners.

2nd part - Teacher training and practicum (lesson recording feedback) in Novi Sad, Serbia

$150 - Paid in 6 installments, date booked depending on the teacher availability. The course is blended (which will be highlighted on the certificate) and completing both the online and the face-to-face part of the certification is mandatory.
